Disconnect
Today I skived off work early and Paul and I went to the temple (haha, don't tell my boss! :) There's not a lot of media in the temple! It was so refreshing to leave my phone in the car, and completely disconnect for a few hours. I had the distinct thought that sometimes it is so sweet to turn off all the media in our life and to just.......listen.

Sometimes you have to sacrifice some things for the most important things, so I totally support your skipping some work. :) As much as we like using media all day every day, it's just as important to completely separate yourself from it and like you said, just listen.
